1. Orders & Shipping

Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order directly through our website. Simply select your product, choose your size (or request custom sizing on Instagram), and check out securely. Shipping is free pan India.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery times may vary based on your location. We accept international orders via Instagram and whatsapp (7827672192).

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Each piece is made-to-order. Standard production time is 5-10 business days, plus shipping time. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

 

2. Custom Sizing & Alterations

Q: Can I request custom sizing?
A: Absolutely! We specialize in custom fits. 

Q: What if I need alterations after receiving my order?
A: We offer complimentary first-time alteration advice. However, shipping costs for sending the product back and forth will be borne by the customer.

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
A: Since each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns. Exchanges are only offered if there is a sizing error from our side or a genuine defect.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a solution as quickly as possible.

 

4. Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and PayPal (for international orders).

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: At the moment, we do not offer COD due to the custom nature of our products.

 

5. Other Questions

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production will begin, and changes cannot be made.
